2. The engineer will assess the problem & advise you of the course of action required to resolve the problem, including costs.
3. You then advise the engineer of your acceptance or not as the case might be.
4. The engineer will complete the work.
5. Should you not accept our quote the engineer will never apply any pressure.
6. For more major works we can supply you with a written quote.
